This classic 39 layer hand forged, ladder pattern Damascus is a truly one of a kind piece of heirloom quality and craftsmanship. You will carry this for a lifetime and pass it on for generations to come. The Blade is of 1080 and 15n20 high carbon steel for superior edge holding ability. It is 10.25 inches overall with a blade length of 5.5 inches with the Damascus pattern clearly visible around the entire spine and belly and a down swept pommel at the heel of the handle. The handle scales are in house dyed, stabilized California Redwood Lace Burl with dark purple and yellow spacers and stainless steel pins. The dark purple sheath is 6 oz. vegetable-tanned leather with a belt loop.
